Marco Rubio
This morning I woke up to a Google Alert that I thought was very interesting. NBC Miami had a story that basically called Marco a pig killer. The story was regarding a picture that Future Sen. Marco Rubio uploaded to Twitter around Christmas. It showed a hog that was about to be slaughtered for the families Christmas.
Being from Polk County and growing up in Frostproof I found nothing weird of the picture. We are humans we eat animals! I believe these Liberal pundits just want to imagine that their food beef, pork, or chicken comes from some magical place, a place where the animal is treated like a princess. This is just one example that shows how far out of touch with reality these people are.
Do Liberals hunt? Most likely not, they oppose guns most of the time. Do Liberals Eat? Michael Moore doesn’t look like he has missed a meal to me. Is it really that big of a deal to butcher an animal for food? What have we become a nation of sissies? (No offense to anyone named Sissy)
Is it a crime to provide for one self? To provide for ones family? I think not! Even the Liberal Media is in on the hits. They never once asked Marco anything on the issues at the Florida Press Corp. conference. Instead they chose to keep trying to ask tricky questions about Ray Sansom.
I think I might go to pig fest in Lakeland after all today. Maybe I will be labeled a pig killer too. Hopefully someone will ask me about it… then I can respond that the pig was so damn delicious I couldn’t resist! Don’t talk with your mouth full Liberals!

The debate has nothing to do with the pig being slaughtered. It’s were he got the pig. These illegal slaughter houses in Miami have gotten a ton of national attention recently for killing horses and dogs for customers. These places are illegal and they kill these animals with hammers and even have cages were they burn them alive. Rubio can kill a hundred pigs for all I care, as long as he does it a legal licensed facility.
Did you see the bloody wooden table, the nasty concrete floor, the beer bottles. This isn’t someone house. Rubio is just an idiot for even going to a place this and then to post it to Twitter.

First I am a CONSERVATIVE and until recently I have been a strong backer of Marco Rubio. I am right now reconsidering and waiting to hear Rubio come and speak about the issue at hand. The issue isn’t the slaughter of the pig. You being in Central Florida may not be aware of the HUGE issue we have down her in South Florida, across multiple counties with barbaric, inhuman individuals who are killing horses…peoples’ pets on the pet owners’ property-read on, please. GOOGLE HORSE SLAUGHTER AND SOUTH FLORIDA, AND GOOGLE ILLEGAL SLAUGHTER HOUSES AND SOUTH FLORIDA OR MIAMI.The issue is that in Miami there has been a large number of illegal slaughterhouses allowed to continue operate for a DECADE! with only a wink and a nod from the authorities. THAT IS NOT THE WORST PART…PLEASE READ ON. These slaughterhouses take up a huge section of the north end of Dade county. They have by their existence created a black market for horse meat. The Miami-Dade Police were quoted in the Miami Herald in the last 6 months saying that horse meat is going for $20. a pound. WOW! I didn’t believe it when I read it and then I found out about the illegal horse slaughter farms. I live here one county north of Dade/Miami and grew up in Miami. There have been HUGE numbers of pets/people’s beloved horses and ponies hacked up for the meat while tied to a tree and screaming. They wrap their mouths with duct tape to muffle tortured screams and they hack off their legs to drop them. One mare recently had 3 legs hacked off and she was tortured/killed for her meat while INCREDIBLY her baby who was at her side watched. The owners came out and found the baby standing with the mothers’ carcass. GOOGLE IT! YOU WILL BE SHOCKED. IT IS SO BAD THAT IT HAS SPILLED INTO BROWARD COUNTY NOW WHERE I LIVE! Recently a horse was hacked up in a field near my home In Broward. There are different individuals doing this. Thus far they have arrested three different hispanic men, no of whom seem to be connected. There illegal slaughterhouses continue to operate and the Black Market for horse meat is alive and well. Miami-Dade Police cannot seem to get a handle on it. I say that may be because they are not seriously pursuing it, that is until recently. Now a formerly local reporter for CNN did a story on the illegal slaughterhouses. That is how I heard about them. For a while there, every week we’d hear another horrid story and see another weeping horse owner standing on camera next to the carcass of their beloved pets! One woman showed baby pictures of her horse. She had raised him since he was a baby. IT IS BARBARIC. Rubio claims he doesn’t know which farm he was on. Balogna! To utelize their services is to promote them and support them. They are in violation of federal and state laws, not to mention the inhumane way they kill the animals. Yet, they have operated in Dade County for a DECADE. I still may vote for Rubio, but I am waiting anxiously to hear him repudiate these barbaric and ILLEGAL slaughterhouses. I want to hear from him and he is not speaking on this issue. Days are now coming close to a week and still nothing from him on this. I wrote to my local organization and asked that they forward my email. I wrote to Rubio via his website and contact. Still no response. This specific act of him photographing for pleasure the slaughtering of the animal, I think speaks volumes about him. PLEASE MR. RUBIO SAY IT AIN’T SO!!! I will reserve judgment until I hear, but if this is true…as much as I prefer to vote for him, I won’t! I look forward to his response. GOOGLE THE SUBJECT-PET HORSES SLAUGHTERED IN MIAMI. THIS HAS GONE ON FOR PROBABLY A YEAR OR SO. Horse and farm owners across Dade and Broward County are on pins and needles and have organized ‘Barn Watches’. There have been stories in the paper and stories on each of our local affiliates, CBS Channel 4, ABC Channel 10, and NBC Channel 6 along with Fox Channel 7. Horse owners are arming themselves now and threatening to kill slaughterers. This is a BARBARIC, DISPICABLE AND DISGUSTING CRIME. There is a connection. The connection again is the market for the horse meat. The market was created by the illegal slaughter houses! If you want to argue there is no connection fine, then take the pet owner/pet slaughtering story away and you still have a the issue of the ILLEGAL slaughterhouses (multiple) being allowed to operate for a decade despite complaints and their being in violation of federal and state laws. Thank you for considering this new angle.

Tommy does it really matter where he got the pig? We catch wild boar hogs and deer all day long here. Hell people string them up outside their house and butcher them. I don’t see what the big deal is. Maybe you city boys need to come back down to earth.

I know what your saying, Hunting is legal and Im cool with that. But Im not a Hunter and Marco didn’t hunt this animal. But I believe there are rules in place for what you do. I think you need a hunting license, you can kill so many animals at certain times of the year and hunt in specific areas. Not unless it’s on your property which I believe is anything goes. But these slaughter farms in Miami are different and a business that it out of control.
