Bartow – Demonstrators who oppose universal health care protested outside U.S Adam Putnam’s office in Bartow today.
The protest is organized by FreedomWorks, a conservative political organization founded by former U.S. House Majority Leader Dick Armey and the 9/12 group that Glenn Beck has formed.
About 40 Demonstrators gathered from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. outside Putnam’s office. They are asking the Polk County Republican to oppose a “single-payer, government-run health care system.”
No word yet from Putnam’s office if he is supporting the Obama Healthcare Plan. Below is a video of the event.
