Carol Browner

Carol Browner is the Energy Czar appointed by Obama.  When asked if she has read the Cap & Trade bill she states that she has read vast portions of the bill.  This means she has not read the full bill that was fast tracked through congress.  It has been reported to Central Florida Politics that Congressional members did not even receive the full bill until 3:00AM.  The Bill totaled 1500 Pages 500 of which were amendments.
